Enrollment and Transfers

Native Solutions DUI Program is currently accepting enrollments for DUI programs that meet court, DMV, and probation requirements in Mariposa County.

Calendar

Tuesdays (via Zoom)

• Education: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
• Group: 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Wednesdays

• Education: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
• Group: 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Saturdays

• Education: 9:00–11:00 a.m.
• Group: noon–2:00 p.m.

Registration

Registration for the Native Solutions DUI Program is by appointment only and takes approximately one hour.

What to Bring to Your Registration Appointment

1. Papers from the referring court: Minute Order of the Court Form and Court Proof of Enrollment Form.
2. A DMV report that includes the violation date—the date you were arrested for this DUI. This date is not normally included in court documents. You cannot register without providing it.
3. Your California driver’s license or ID number. If you do not have a California driver’s license or ID, obtain an X number from the DMV before registration.
4. Payment for the program. At the time of registration, you can either pay the registration fee only or the total program fee. Payment can be made by cash, money order, or major credit or debit card. No third-party or personal checks will be accepted by Native Solutions unless authorized.

What You Receive After Registration

1. A copy of the NSDUI rules.
2. A copy of your schedule of classes.
3. A copy of your DMV Proof of Enrollment.

Fees

The programs include education, one-on-one counseling, and group counseling.

• Wet & Reckless: $771.00
• 3-month first-offender program: $1,239.00
• 6-month first-offender program: $1,639.00
• 9-month first-offender program: $2,079.00
• 18-month multiple-offender program: $3,067.00

Monthly, biweekly, and weekly payments can be arranged. Call to schedule an orientation and discuss your options.
